ChemProp2 Dataset: Investigating potential biotransformations with 12 Drugs on Synthetic Community (Com20) to elucidate Drug-Microbiome-Host Dynamics

Tested 12 drugs against Synthetic community (Com20) at 9 different timepoints (t=0hr to t= 8hrs) with 1 hour time interval to look for potential biotransformations.List of drugs tested:Cilnidipine, Clomifen, Erythromycin, Ketoconazole, Lansoprazole, Loratadine, Metronidazole, Omeprazole, Sertraline, Montelukast, Simvastatin, and TelmisartanSamples were measured (in June 30th - July 4th, 2024) using an UHPLC-Q Exactive HF Orbitrap mass spectrometer, equipped with a C18 column, following the LC-MS/MS method.
