Pest and pathogen distribution data (Bebber et al 2013)

Records of location (country, and region where available) and earliest recorded date of pest or pathogen incidence extracted from CABI Distribution Maps of Plant Diseases ([DMPD](https://www.cabi.org/dmpd/)) and Distribution Maps of Plant Pests ([DMPP](https://www.cabi.org/dmpp)) published between April 2000 and April 2011. Species or pathotypes selected for DMPD/DMPP maps are not random samples of all known pests and diseases, but are those deemed in some way of interest (for example, of economic importance, or with recent reports of spread).
