税务留言板信息数据是国家税务总局旗下的网上留言板块。国家税务总局采取留言板形式，可以实现用户非实时纳税咨询。作为倾听纳税人缴费人需求诉求、意见建议的重要途径，可以帮助税务部门细致梳理分析群众涉税留言，将对税收工作有参考价值的留言有针对性地吸纳采用，对于群众反应的涉税问题做到及时反馈和处理。  为助力相关研究，CnOpenData推出中国税务留言板信息数据，覆盖标题、留言内容、所属地区、留言时间、答复内容、答复机构、答复时间等字段。

The Tax Message Board dataset is sourced from the online message board under the State Taxation Administration of China. The State Taxation Administration uses this message board platform to provide users with a channel for non-real-time tax consultation. As a key approach for the tax authority to hear the demands, appeals, opinions and suggestions of taxpayers and fee payers, it enables tax departments to thoroughly sort out and analyze public tax-related messages, selectively adopt those messages that offer reference value for tax work, and timely respond to and resolve the tax-related issues raised by the public.

To support relevant research, CnOpenData has launched the China Tax Message Board Information Dataset, which covers fields such as title, message content, affiliated region, message submission time, reply content, reply institution, and reply time.
