These data are part of the manuscript entitled ‘Intranasal delivery of mesenchymal stem cells to the brain following hypoxia-ischemia in newborn baboons’ . The dataset includes: (1) raw histological data used for lesion size assessment across SHAM, HI, and MSC-treated groups (Fig 7C); and (2) raw behavioral scoring data used for motor outcome assessment across SHAM, HI, and MSC-treated groups (Fig 7D).
