To investigate the dynamics of phyllosphere and endophytic microbial communities during disease development, Paeonia lactiflora Leaf samples were collected at 0 h and 48 h from three groups: healthy leaves (CK), co-inoculation with Bacillus subtilis SY8 and Alternaria alternata FSY1 (SY8+FSY1), and inoculation with FSY1 and LB medium FSY1.
