Linear regression models of co-variables investigated for possible association with leukocyte telomere length (LTL).

The coefficients and p-values for the remaining explanatory variables were very similar between these two models. dSince not on ART at visit and having a detectable pVL at visit are correlated, the variable with the lowest p value univariately was chosen for inclusion into the multivariable model. Models developed using AICc, PRESS, and SBC showed very similar results (supporting information).
