Differentially expressed genes were identified by comparing the gene expression profiling of BIU-87 of AATF silencing with that of control. Results provide important information to indicate Effect of AATF silencing on BIU-87. To investigate the effect of AATF on bladder cancer, we established BIU-87 cell lines in which AATF has been silenced by si_AATF. Then, we added si_nc to another cell line of the same generation as a control and performed the gene expression profiling analysis of these two different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis using data for BIU-87 with AATF silencing.
