Phylogenetic mixed-effects models were fitted in brms [44] to examine the effect of GS on the change in a species’ percent cover with N and/or P fertilization from pretreatment conditions and the interaction between the two. Intercept (no nutrients added) and slope values are given in the table, with standard error and effective sample size. Interactions showing a slope with nonzero 95% CIs are highlighted in bold (n = 439, R2 = 0.168).
