Effect of genetic deletion of TREM1 on gene expression during aging of primary peritoneal macrophage cells

To investigate the function of TREM1 in the regulation of innate immune cell metabolism, we established mice in which TREM1 target gene has been genetically deleted. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 500,000 different cells from young and old WT and TREM1-/-mice.为探究TREM1在先天免疫细胞代谢调控中的功能，我们构建了TREM1靶基因被遗传敲除的小鼠模型。随后，我们利用来自年轻与年老的野生型（WT）及TREM1基因敲除（TREM1-/-）小鼠的50万个不同细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，开展了基因表达谱分析。
