Neoceratodus forsteri Transcriptome or Gene expression

Neoceratodus Forsteri paired-end Illumina sequencing libraries were obtained from lung, brain, testis and liver from a single male individuals. An additional library was prepared from multiple tissues to improve the coverage of the transcriptome. The libraries were combined to obtain a complete reference transcriptome for this species.A second individual was resequenced with a single-end strategy to provide a biological replicate.
