数据集是对南极中山站GNSS原始观测数据,利用专门的解算程序处理后得到的电离层电子浓度总含量(TEC),观测数据的时间分辨率为30秒。在空间物理、地球物理等基础研究领域,国防和卫星导航定位等应用领域均有重要作用。可用于南极地区电离层特性和变化的研究,地球各圈层耦合和动力过程研究,地球空间环境对太阳活动响应,空间天气现报和预报,有关参数经验模式建立,卫星定位导航和电离层电波修正等。
This dataset is derived from the original GNSS observation data acquired at the Chinese Antarctic Zhongshan Station, processed with a dedicated data processing program to obtain the total electron content (TEC) of the ionosphere. The temporal resolution of the observation data is 30 seconds. It plays a vital role in basic research fields including space physics and geophysics, as well as application scenarios such as national defense, satellite positioning and navigation. This dataset can be applied to researches on the characteristics and variations of the ionosphere over the Antarctic region, studies on the coupling and dynamic processes among Earth's various spheres, investigations into the response of the geospace environment to solar activity, space weather nowcasting and forecasting, establishment of empirical models for relevant parameters, satellite positioning and navigation, and ionospheric radio wave correction, among other relevant uses.
