Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor originating in the ovaries, and it ranks among the most lethal cancers in the female reproductive system. This product provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell studies. Specifically, DNA analysis encompasses point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis and copy number variation (CNV) variant analysis. For RNA-seq analysis, apart from differential gene expression analysis, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interaction analysis between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis covers cell type identification, intercellular communication, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
