Subset BAM Files for Atf4 Locus (chr15:79,481,845–81,029,726) from RNA-seq

This dataset contains subset BAM files corresponding to the genomic interval chr15:79,481,845–81,029,726 (mm10), which includes the Atf4, Rps19bp1, Cacna1i loci and others. The files were derived from bulk RNA-seq data generated in our study investigating transcriptional readthrough and its impact on neighboring gene regulation during mouse embryonic heart development. These subset BAMs were extracted to facilitate targeted visualization and analysis of splicing junctions, fusion transcripts (Atf4-Cacna1i), and local transcriptional dynamics in this region.
