BGU Pattern-Cutting Dataset (BGU-PatCut)

The BGU Pattern-Cutting Dataset (BGU-PatCut) contains the raw data for the publication "Augmenting Robot-Assisted Pattern Cutting with Periodic Perturbations – Can We Make Dry Lab Training More Realistic?"

The dataset comprises data from 54 participants who performed 24 repetitions of a robot-assisted pattern-cutting surgical task under various conditions. For each repetition, we share kinematic data, video recordings, and manual labels for the different stages of the task. Detailed information on data collection is available in the Methods section of the manuscript.
