Here, we investigated roles of UXT in the innnate immune responses after overexpression, knockdown and condItional knockout of UXT in mice Overall design: Total RNA in mouse MEF cells after overexpression and knockdown of UXT was isolated and sequenced by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2500; Total RNA in mouse BMDM cells of myeloid-cell-specific UXT conditional knockout mice was isolated and sequenced by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2500;
