Whole genome mining of Bacillus velezensis for food applications

The present study aims to understand the biosynthetic potential of selected bacteria showing significant antimicrobial activities in vitro. The whole genome data will provide us detailed information about the BGC present in the bacteria responsible for the bioactivities.
