资源简介:
This study was designed to understand and explore the mechanisms of coronavirus neurotropism. For this purpose, the neurotropic strain of mouse hepatitis virus (MHV-JHM) originating from the betacoronavirus genus, the same as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has been used. The role of the cytoskeleton during virus replication in neurons in vitro was determined to understand the mechanisms of MHV-JHM neuroinfection. This research was funded by the National Science Center (Poland) (NCN), project Preludium 20, no. 2021/41/N/NZ6/04383.Data deposited in the repository was saved in .csv, .xls, and .tiff format. The folders named "PCR, XTT, confocal raw, and data for TNTs" contain raw data related to the publication by Michalina Bartak, Piotr Bąska, Marcin Chodkowski, Beata Tymińska, Marcin W. Bańbura, Joanna Cymerys entitled "Neurons cytoskeletal architecture remodeling during the replication cycle of mouse coronavirus MHV-JHM: a morphological in vitro study"
