Sequencing files from TRAP-seq samples isolated from DHPG-stimulated WT and Fmr1-/y hippocampal slices Overall design: Hippocampal slices were prepared from 6 littermate pairs of WT and Fmr1-/y mice expressing EGFP-L10a in CA1 pyr neurons. Slices were stimulated with DHPG to induce LTD and TRAP performed to isolate ribosome-bound mRNAs. Both TRAP samples and samples of the total hippocampal lysate were processed for Illumina sequencing.
