Biopsy Sample. DNA from FFPE samples was subjected to the library construction with the KAPA HyperPlus Kit (Roche) and to the enrichment of sequences belonging to 165 cancer related genes using SeqCap EZ Choice Probes (Roche). Sequencing was performed using the NextSeq 500 platform (Illumina, USA) in a pair-end mode for 150 cycles in forward and reverse orientations. The mean depth of the targeted sequencing coverage for FFPE-derived DNA sample was 490×.
