Data Description: The City of Cincinnati offers a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) abatement program to companies and developers building or renovating a residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use facility in cases where the new or renovated facilities will result in job creation. This dataset includes commercial tax abatements, grants, sales of City properties, tax incentives, tax increment financing (TIF), and loans issued by the City of Cincinnati. Data Creation: Data is recorded by the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) when new agreements are signed Data Created By: DCED Refresh Frequency: Daily CincyInsights: The City of Cincinnati maintains an interactive dashboard portal, CincyInsights in addition to our Open Data in an effort to increase access and usage of city data.
