The SPR response data were simulated according to Eqs (12), (13) and (14) with kM = 3.15x107 as in Fig 1. The parameters used in the simulation were specified in the top section of the table. Then the proposed approach was applied to estimate the parameters, which were listed in the bottom section in the table with the 95% Bayesian credible intervals (in square brackets). The parameters in the simulation ranged from little mass transport limited conditions (ka * Rmax/kM = 0.1) to high/full mass transport limited conditions (ka * Rmax/kM = 300).
