These two data sets are collections of best quality data on vitamin D content in foods, available in Europe (hosted by EuroFIR<sup>TM</sup>) and in US (hosted by USDA- in SR26). Data was collected in period of 2014-2015. Search criteria included analytical and manufactures' data sources, and these are sorted in food groups and vitamin D forms- vitamin D total (expressed in ug/100g or IU, and converted to ug), vitamin D3 (ug/100g), vitamin D2 (ug/100g), vitamin 25OHD (ug/100g). A manuscript describing creation process of these two dataset is uploaded as well.
