The Job Applicant Reactions Towards Patterned Behaviour Description Interview (PBDI) and Mixed Situational Interview (Mixed SI) and Patterned Behaviour Description Interview (Mixed SPBDI)

This study examined the effect of combining SI and PBDI as interview questions and to differentiate its effect with PBDI on job applicant reactions. The data consisted of job incumbents perceived procedural justice on PBDI and Mixed SPBDI as well as SI. This article reported two variables only; PBDI and Mixed SPBDI. The results showed that PBDI lead to higher perceived procedural justice compared to Mixed SPBDI.
