Source image data supporting "The CNNM-binding interface drives PRL-3-dependent tumor progression in de novo cancer models"

This dataset contains source image data supporting Figures 2, 4, 5, and 6 of the manuscript “The CNNM-binding interface drives PRL-3-dependent tumor progression in de novo cancer models.” The deposited materials include source immunoblot images associated with the immunoprecipitation and doxycycline experiments, as well as brightfield, fluorescence, and composite microscopy images from the rhabdomyosarcoma and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia experiments.
