资源简介:
BCR repertoire sequencing data from influenza vaccinated subjects. Overall design: Three healthy subjects had blood drawn at various time points following IM influenza vaccine. Cells were sort purified to obtain naive B cells, plasmablasts, flu (HA) specific memory B cells (FcRL5+ and FcRL5neg) and IgD negative memory B cells. Donor 1 had HA-specific memory B cells for 7 and 14 days post vaccine; Donor 2 had HA-specific memory B cells 7 days post vaccine; Donor 3 had HA-specific memory B cells 14 and 28 days post vaccine. All donors had IgD negative memory B cells 120 days post vaccine, naive B cells for either 7 or 14 days post vaccine and plasmablasts 7 days post vaccine in years 1 and 2. These samples were used for repertoire analysis by deep sequencing.
