Genomic surveillance of Streptococcus pneumoniae strains in south Tunisia

This project uses whole-genome sequencing (WGS) to characterize Streptococcus pneumoniae strains in South Tunisia, focusing on serotype distribution, genomic epidemiology, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) profiles. The findings will support public health efforts and vaccine policy in the region.
