We analysed Whole Genome Sequencing for Putative Detection of Antimicrobial Resistance and Potential Virulence Factors in Chryseobacterium indologenes isolated from Nile Tilapia in Tanzania. Our results provided the basis for understanding multidrug resistance and potential virulence traits of C. indologenes. Moreover, this study’s findings should shed light on the development of more efficient preventional strategies against infection caused by the fish pathogen C. indologenes.
