We performed molecular phenotyping of adaptive to maladaptive RV hypertrophy remodeling, using transcriptome analysis of RV tissue obtained from PAB rats. This data along with other datasets linked within this study, provides a resource to comprehensively compare human RV remodeling to the animal RV dysfunction models (PAB) and led to the validation of state-specific biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets for RV dysfunction.
我们针对适应性至不良适应性的右心室(Right Ventricle,RV)肥厚重构开展分子表型分析,采用从肺动脉环扎术(Pulmonary Artery Banding,PAB)大鼠中获取的RV组织进行转录组分析。本数据集连同本研究中关联的其他数据集,为全面比较人类RV重构与动物RV功能障碍模型(PAB)提供了研究资源,并成功验证了RV功能障碍的状态特异性生物标志物及潜在治疗靶点。
