Microbial Communities in the Rhizoplane and Root Endosphere of Artemisia argyi Under Heavy Metal Stress

Soil and root samples from the Rhizoplane and root endosphere of Artemisia argyi were collected from a heavy metal-contaminated environment. This dataset includes amplicon sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene and metagenomic sequencing for selected samples. The aim is to characterize the microbial diversity and functional potential of these communities under heavy metal stress, with a focus on understanding their role in plant resilience and phytoremediation in polluted soils.
