Escherichia coli Whole-Colony Simulation Data

This data set contains the data from the simulations of <em>Escherichia coli</em> colonies. The data were generated using the Whole-Cell <em>E. coli</em> Model with DOI 10.5281/zenodo.4695018. It may be analyzed using the wcecoli-colony-analysis repository on GitHub. See that repository's README file for instructions.
