Data and data dictionary for the non-destructive allometric modeling of Arthrocereus glaziovii

This dataset contains the structural and volumetric variables used to develop a non-destructive allometric model for estimating the biomass of Arthrocereus glaziovii, an endangered rupicolous cactus endemic to the ferruginous rocky outcrops (canga) of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Data inventory: dados_glaziovii_modelo_alometrico.csv: Clean data containing non-destructive predictors (such as projected area and number of branches) alongside biomass values. dicionário_de_dados_glaziovii.csv: Data dictionary explaining every variable, column headers, and measurement units used in the main dataset.
