we performed transcriptome analysis of Jin Xiang accession. From the transcriptome data, 14,106 EST-SSR markers and 48 pairs of primers including 19 newly developed primers, were screened. We performed multivariant analyses such as NJ clustering, Population genetic structure and PCoA analysis that clustered 123 accessions into two groups. Finally, the association analysis revealed that 6 molecular markers were significantly associated with color-related traits.
