To investigate the changes in plasma metabolic characteristics before and after exercise, non-targeted metabolomics methods were employed, utilizing LC-MS/MS technology. The experiment received approval from the Ethics Review Committee of Guangzhou Sports University (ID Number: 2023LCL-81), and all experimental subjects were informed of the relevant details regarding the study and provided informed consent. Group A is the raw plasma data at rest, Group B is the raw plasma data before exercise, and Group C is the raw plasma data after exercise.
