All antibody cocktails are prepared in block solution (10% goat serum in PBS). *Non-specific cross-reactivity with MHCIIx was observed in human skeletal muscle. 1Fibers positive for MHCIIx showed red staining, but for presentation and discussion purposes in rats and mice these fibers were pseudo-colored purple to avoid confusion with MHCIIb positive fibers.
