R4GENAI: A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL FOR ASSESSING ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS FOR GENERATIVE AI ADOPTION IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

The R4GenAiTool file contains the practical implementation of a diagnostic tool designed to assess organizational readiness for the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in the IT sector. The spreadsheet is organized into key categories such as Governance Structure, Organizational Structure, Ethical Considerations, Risk Management, and Security, among others. Each category is broken down into subcategories and specific assessment statements. Organizations evaluate their current state using a three-level scale: Fully Implemented, Partially Implemented, or Not Implemented. The tool consolidates the results by category and subcategory, and uses tables and charts to visualize the level of readiness. This Excel file serves as the operational artifact supporting the research project based on the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology.
