Directional RNA sequence of PC12 cells under four different condition. PC12 cells were maintained in high glucose DMEM containing 10 percent horse serum (HS), 5 percent fetal bovine serum (FBS). To induce differentiation, PC12 cells were were cultured in high glucose DMEM containing 1 percent HS, 0.5 percent FBS, 100 ng per ml NGF 2.5S or 50 ng per ml NGF 2.5S and 200 micro M dibutyryl cAMP for 3 or 7 days.
