资源简介:

Supplementary Data S1 for Nuclear boron response and count requirements in silicon microdosimetry. Includes retained response summaries and covariances, matched 10, 20 and 40 micrometer LDPE configurations at 27.3 MeV, archived energy-series data, 296 selected entrance-plane alpha kernels, native-channel benchmarks, nuclear input tables, analysis and reconstruction code, an executed notebook, transport source, pinned environments, five main figures and Supplementary Figure S1 (30 panels), references and checksums. Independent alpha-transport evidence includes 19 completed MCNP input/text-output pairs (three first-entry configurations and 16 material scans), selected Geant4 range records, range-folding code and inputs, and retained material, source-field, step, channel-rate, nuclear-data and higher-order diagnostics. Analysis reproduces tables and figures without new particle transport. Full production event records are retained separately and are not included in this compact archive. Licensed MCNP executables and data libraries and binary restart files are excluded. MCNP and Geant4 scoring definitions differ; process-termination limitations of archived high-statistics Geant4 window runs are explicitly retained. Count requirements are conditional predictions, not experimental fusion-alpha detection limits. Original contributions are licensed CC BY 4.0; third-party software and nuclear-data sources retain their original licenses and attribution requirements. Version 1.0.1 corrects the attribution of EXFOR C2973002 to the Sikora–Weller (2016) full-spectrum total reaction cross sections, the Figure 1 legend and caption, and explanatory provenance metadata. All numerical production inputs, retained simulation summaries, transport source and numerical results are unchanged. The legacy Spraker2012 filenames and schema keys are retained for code compatibility. The package includes an independent 41-point comparison and explicitly documents the third-row 0.25/0.26 MeV publication/archive energy-label difference. The separate Becker-based, endpoint-held branching model and its spectrum implications are documented. No new particle transport was performed.
