Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB)-based or natural cancer immune responses largely eliminate tumours but require additional mechanisms to arrest cancer cells that escape from cytotoxic immune responses. We show that cancer immune control needs, in addition to cytotoxicity, senescence-inducing cell cycle regulators. Three control RT2 cell lines vs. Seven Cdkn2a deficient RT2-cancer cell lines. DNA was isolated from RT2-cancer cells or reference spleen (wildtype male) tissue with the DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer's instructions. DNA was labeled using the SureTag Complete DNA Labelling Kit (Agilent Technologies) and hybridized on an Agilent Mouse Genome CGH Microarray, 2x105K (Agilent Technologies), and the image was analysed using Feature Extraction 10.5.1.1 and Agilent Genomic Workbench Lite Edition 6.5 with Genome Reference Consortium Mouse Build 38.
