Thestudy was proposed to perform the whole genome sequencing of the mosquito bio-larvicidal bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis subsp israelensis. This bacterium has highbiolarvicidal effect against the mosquito larvae compared to other Isolates ofBti. The whole-genome sequences generated would enable us to find the gene orgenetic variations in the delta endo-toxin genes or chromosomal genes.
