RNA-Seq analyses of shCtrl (control group) and shPAF (experimental group) KrasG12D; Trp53 knockout (KO)-derived mouse lung cancer cell lines. KrasG12D;Trp53 KO-derived mouse lung cancer (KP) cell lines were stably transduced with lentiviruses encoding shGFP (control) or shPAF (PAF depletion). Two biological replicates (n=2) were used for RNA extraction and RNA-Seq. KP mouse lung cancer cell lines were established from the lung tumors isolated from Ad-Cre-infected Kras LSL-G12D/+;Trp53 floxed/floxed (KP) mice.
