Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) cultured in different media pulses

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze gene expression in 6 different mESC pre-culture conditions. mESCs and gastruloids were dissociated using TrypLE, dapi-stained and Fluorescence-activated cell (FACS)-sorted into 2 384-well plates per condition, processed according to the CELseq2 protocol and analyzed using scRNAseq.
