N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) sequencing of intestinal porcine epithelial cells between shMETTL3 and shCtrl

N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) is a highly abundant epitranscriptomic marker that modifies a wide range of mRNA molecules in mammalian cells. However, the role of the m6A methylome in intestinal porcine epithelial cells (IPEC-J2) remains poorly understood. Generally, m6A modification is deposited to RNAs by the m6A methyltransferase, such as METTL3. Here, we performed a transcriptome-wide m6A-sequencing (m6A-seq) and Input-seq of shMETTL3 and shCtrl cells.
