Three different ages and wild A. bracteata were obtained from Tengger Desert, Minqin County, Gansu Province, China. Took the leaves of 3, 5, 15 year-old and wild A. bracteata as experimental materials.To investigate the differences in transcriptome expression among different age stages of A. bracteata, the Illumina platforms were used to conduct high-throughput sequencing. A total of 76.75Gb of clean data and was obtained from 12 samples which include 3 biological replicates in each 3 different age stages and 1 wild-type, and the average amount of clean data is 6.3Gb.
