Raw Sanger chromatograms for complete mitogenome analysis of the Hainan gibbon (Nomascus hainanus)

Raw Sanger sequencing data associated with the manuscript Complete Mitogenome Analysis of the Critically Endangered Hainan Gibbon (Nomascus hainanus) Reveals Deep Maternal Lineages, Founder Effects in Newly Dispersed Groups, and Strong Purifying Selection. The dataset contains 616 raw Applied Biosystems chromatograms for 12 Hainan gibbon individuals. A README, sample-to-GenBank accession mapping, and file checksums are included. The paired-end short-read data for individual CAF are outside the scope of this Sanger-only deposit.
