This Zenodo deposition contains normalized coverage tracks (bigWig) and peak calls (narrowPeak) associated with our study investigating and comparing the performance of improved short nascent strand sequencing (SNS-seq) and traditional SNS-seq for DNA replication origin mapping in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
