Data and scripts underlying the publication: Influence of human hunting strategies and large carnivore presence on population dynamics of European facultative scavengers. In this study we simulated the biomass densities in the trophic web of a European scavenger system using an ordinary differential equations (ODE) model.<br>The R file Model_wolf.R contains the code needed to run the ODE simulations in R using the desolve package. The code can be ran from top to bottom to run all simulations for all scenarios that are described in the paper, including the sensitivity analyses.<br>The RDS file comb_figs_dat.RDS contains all ggplot2 figures in a list that were produced during the simulations in R.
