The data was collected using a 2.5-litre direct injection turbocharged 4-inline diesel engine and was converted to a diesel-CNG dual fuel system. A set of diesel to CNG fuel ratio at a constant 0.7 equivalence ratio was tested from 1400 rpm to 3000 rpm engine speed with 200 rpm interval. The tested fuels were 100D, 90D10G, 80D20G, and 70D30G which corresponding to 100:0, 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30 diesel to CNG fuel mass ratio. The data contains instantaneous in-cylinder pressure, diesel injection timing, air mass flow, and engine block vibration signals in 500 consecutive engine cycles. Engine performance, exhaust emissions, air-fuel mass flow rate ratio, and engine specification data were also included in this repository.
