Patients with lymphoma harboring TP63 rearrangements have aggressive clinical course and dismal prognosis with no target therapy available. Thus, there is an urgent need to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and to develop novel therapeutic options for these patients. This project is to study the role and mechanisms of TP63 rearrangements in T-cell lymphomas.
