BIOPEP

The database of sensory peptides and amino acids has identical structure to the BIOPEP database of biologically active peptides. The information about sensory peptides and amino acids was inserted into the database using standard BIOPEP layouts for bioactive peptides. Information about the biological activity of sensory peptides was obtained from BIOPEP and other databases. The information annotated in the BIOPEP database of sensory peptides and amino acids includes: sequence written in a one-letter code, information about taste, reference, structure written with the use of chemical codes (SMILES, InChI and InChIKey), bioactivity data (mainly inhibition of proteolytic enzymes), if applicable, and ID numbers from other biological and chemical databases.

感官肽与氨基酸数据库的结构与生物活性肽BIOPEP数据库完全一致。该数据库中感官肽与氨基酸的相关信息，均采用生物活性肽BIOPEP的标准字段格式进行录入导入。感官肽的生物活性相关信息均取自BIOPEP及其他相关数据库。本数据库注释的信息包括：单字母代码（one-letter code）形式的肽序列、味觉属性信息、参考文献、采用化学代码（SMILES、InChI及InChIKey）标注的分子结构、生物活性数据（主要为蛋白水解酶抑制活性，如适用），以及其他生物与化学数据库分配的编号标识。
