RNA-seq Data from "Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase–Dependent M2 Macrophage Polarization Mediates the Hepatoprotective Effect of Wenyang Huazhuo Tuihuang Formula in Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure"

This dataset pertains to the RNA-seq component of the article “Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase–Dependent M2 Macrophage Polarization Mediates the Hepatoprotective Effect of Wenyang Huazhuo Tuihuang Formula in Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure”. In this study, transcriptome sequencing of liver tissues was performed on ACLF model mice and mice treated with WYHZH (comprising Aconitum carmichaelii Debeaux [Baifu tablets], Zingiber officinale Roscoe [dried ginger], Artemisia capillaris Thunb. [Yin Chen], Rheum palmatum L. [raw rhubarb], Paeonia lactiflora Pall. [Chishao], Reynoutria japonica Houtt. [Polygonum cuspidatum], Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. [ginseng], Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. [atractylodes], and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. [licorice]) using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Through differential expression gene screening and GO/KEGG enrichment analysis, this dataset presents the altered expression of MAPK signaling pathway-related targets following herbal formula intervention.
